Llandudno Transport Festival - May Bank Holiday Weekend

The Llandudno Transport Festival is held on the sea-front showground in one of the most picturesque bays of the UK. Llandudno is Wales' largest resort and famed for its Victorian style and Edwardian elegance.

The Transport Festival is the largest in Wales and one of the U.K.'s best-loved events. It is held in conjuction with the Victorian Extravaganza. Costume, vintage fairground and a host of attractions combine in a unique annual celebration of transport and entertainment heritage within the town. The two events are linked by a free shuttle-bus service.

Victorian Extravaganza - May Bank Holiday Weekend

The Victorian Extravaganza is a 3 day event held every single year - usually in the May Day Bank Holiday. The event, which attracts over 100,000 visitors to the town over the course of the three days, is a mixture of old transport vehicles and new fairground rides. A Victorian style parade with brass band music is another one of the showpieces at this event with something for everybody!!

Llandudno Jazz Festival - July

There's live music and dancing from 12 noon until 10pm, with jazz- influenced bands large and small to suit all tastes. Food and are drinks available all day from the cafe menu, the barbecue or the wood-fired pizza oven. There's plenty for the kids to enjoy too, including the giant fort, pony rides and face painting. Come along and relax with a real ale or fine wine and enjoy a great jazz festival atmosphere..!

The fayre hopefully gives you an opportunity to experience a variety of products not found in the normal high streets and national retail brands. It is the perfect place to find those unusual gifts for those very special persons in your life. You can enjoy local Welsh Cultures together with friendly hospitality and entertainment.

Llandudno Farmers Market

Conwy Farmers’ Market is held on the last Wednesday of each month at RSPB Conwy nature reserve, just off junction 18 of the A55 at Llandudno Junction. There’s a diverse range of local produce, and you get to meet the people who made it.

Meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, cakes, jams, chutneys, eggs, bread, pies, chocolates and cheese are just some of the produce on offer. We can’t guarantee that they’ll all be available at every Market, of course, because some produce is seasonal, but that’s part of the fun of visiting a Farmers’ Market: you don’t always know what will be on offer, so it’s a chance to try new things!
